These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of services provided by

FRONTIERONE - BALANCE, LDA, a company legally registered in Portugal under NIPC 517395029,

1. DEFINITIONS

MyNorth: Refers to FRONTIERONE - BALANCE, LDA and the services provided under the MyNorth brand.
Client: Individual who uses MyNorth services.

2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

MyNorth provides functional health, performance and wellness services.
MyNorth is not a medical clinic and does not perform medical acts or diagnose diseases. Clients must seek medical advice from a licensed physician when necessary. MyNorth is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided.

3. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

  • Appointments are scheduled via WhatsApp, phone or in person at MyNorth LifeHub.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Sessions not cancelled within this period may be charged in full.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. PAYMENT AND BILLING

  • Payment is made after service delivery, in person or via accepted digital methods.
  • Invoices are issued according to Portuguese tax law and sent via email.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

  • MyNorth delivers professional services by qualified  practitioners.
  • Results vary based on individual conditions; no specific results are guaranteed.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information.
  • MyNorth is not liable for:
       
    • Pre-existing injuries or conditions not disclosed.
    •  
    • Misuse of advice outside sessions.
    •  
    • Delays caused by third-party service interruptions.

6. DATA PROTECTION

MyNorth processes client data according toRegulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).


Personal data is handled strictly for service provision purposes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, images, documentation and materials provided by MyNorth are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION (RAL)

  • In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, in case of dispute, the client may use the following Alternative Dispute Resolution entity:

9. ONLINE BOOKINGS AND SERVICES

MyNorth does not sell services online.

All bookings are manually confirmed via WhatsApp or in person.

PortugueseDecree Law DL 24/2014 (Right of Free Withdrawal) does not apply.

10. MODIFICATIONS

MyNorth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates are published on the website with immediate effect.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cascais, except when legally mandatory otherwise.
